RC Raft Foundations
Raft foundations can be fast and inexpensive to construct, as they tend not to require deep excavations compared to strip foundations,
Raft foundations are formed by reinforced concrete usually between 150mm-300mm in depth that cover the complete footprint to build.

Ground Beams
Ground beams are designed to span between pile foundations. After excavation has taken place and trenches have been reduced to the correct depth and width, reinforcing steel cages are placed, fixed and tied to pile tops. After formwork has been placed, concrete will be poured into trenches and finished to the correct height for brickwork to commence.
Formwork
We supply specialist formwork carpenters, labourers and experts in permanent and temporary construction to work on everything from traditional timber works, to engineered and pre-fabricated formwork.
